ICJV Endorses a Submission to the Independent National Security Legislation Monitor

ICJV has endorsed a submission prepared by Jessie Smith of Stary Norton Halphen to the Independent National Security Legislation Monitor. The submission concerns s 19AG of the Crimes Act 1914 (Cth) which establishes minimum non-parole periods for persons convicted of certain offences.
